How can I get started?

Why should I get “rated”?
Getting “rated” means the casino is keeping a record of your play. This play record determines the complimentaries (food, beverages, rooms, event tickets, etc.) you are entitled to. Also, Travel and Casino may be able to use your “rating” from one casino to offer you complimentary or discounted accommodations at another property. 

Can you book special invitations or offers sent to me from a casino hotel or resort?
Yes! We book hundreds of these for or clients, simply contact us with the information on your invitation or offer and we will make all the arrangements for you.

What am I entitled to as a qualified player?
In general, a qualified player will receive complimentary airfare and room. Additional comps (dining, events, ground transportation, etc.) may be extended to you based on your level of play.

What are the play requirements to qualify for complimentary trips?
Generally, the minimum play requirement is approximately 4 hours of play per day with at least a $25 average bet on table games or $1 average per pull on slot machines. However, each casino property has its own established qualification guidelines.

What if I don't qualify for complimentary trips?
In addition to full complimentaries, we have the ability to offer our more casual casino players BOGO offers (buy one get one) or casino rates (heavily discounted pricing exclusively for casino players). If you are not sure what you may qualify for we will be happy to assist you.

How can I improve my player rating?
The single most important step you can take to improve your rating is to be sure you use your  player’s card each and every time you play. On table games, this means making sure the pit boss takes your card before you place your first bet. On slot machines, this means making sure the card reader accepts your card and your card is left in the machine throughout your play session.
We also suggest that table players inquire about their play with the pit boss periodically.
 
What does it mean to establish a credit line?
Establishing a credit line means that you do not have to bring large amounts of cash with you to the casino. The casino pre-approves your credit application usually about 2 weeks prior to your visit. Once your line is established you are able to draw a “marker” (fund withdrawal)  from your line of credit while in the casino.
